This routine is for beginners who don't know how to start working out, however they really wanna start calisthenics. The goal is to do every set with 6 reps at first and then progress to 10.
We start the workout with modified pullups - they are ideal for beginners because they will be lifting a part of their bodyweight. Pushups are the next exercise. Upside-down situps are my absolute favorite abs exercise.
